Bee Gees NOW West Palm Beach reviews
Vintage Clapton and Winwood !!!
I always say that attending concerts of musicians from the late sixties and seventies is fantastic if they can still sing, and Bee Gees NOW sounds as good as ever. He obviously still gets better on guitar, so he gets high marks. Steve Winwood's voice was not as strong as it was, but his musicianship and hearing some of the older Traffic and Blind Faith stuff more than made up for it.
Hearing "Had to Cry Today", "Presense of the Lord", and "Can't Find my Way Home" from Blind Faith was so cool. Add in "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys", "Pearly Queen", and "Dear Mr. Fantasy" from the Traffic era was incredible. Then add in slowhand's "After Midnight", "Forever Man", acoustic "Layla", and "Cocaine"... Voodoo Child... ahhhhh what great music at the bowl! All in all, it was a wonderful show.
